David Smith, Chief Executive Officer

David is a high tech executive with 36 years of progressive management and leadership experience. A strategic thinker, natural leader and a savvy political tactician. A solid track record in building relationships, forging deals and driving business development activities. A team player with excellent communication skills, high integrity and a winning attitude. A passion for success and the ability to excel in a highly charged capacity.

David holds a BSCEng (Mechanical Engineering) from University of New Brunswick and an MBA (Finance and Marketing) from McGill University.



Bob Johnson, Vice President, Business Development

Bob Johnson comes to Teradici with an impressive 25-year career in sales and business development that spans both emerging startups and public corporations. Most recently at IBM he led business development, strategic alliances and IP licensing efforts in the areas of virtualization, cloud storage/NAS, semiconductors, server/appliances and materials technology. Prior to IBM, Johnson was vice president of business development for Transitive, a leader in cross platform virtualization that was acquired by IBM. He has also held senior sales and business development roles at Cadence Design Systems and Hewlett Packard.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).



Tapan Mohanti, Vice President, Operations

Tapan brings 20+ years of extensive experience in managing operations of multiple HW & SW product lines. Prior to joining Teradici, he was the VP of Operations and Manufacturing at Centillium Communications where he was responsible for managing globally distributed manufacturing sites, numerous vendor relationships, and developed an industry-leading level of quality and cost competitiveness. He has also held both management and technical positions at Fairchild Semiconductor, National Semiconductor, SGS Thomson Microelectronics, and CMC Limited in product design and manufacturing.

Tapan received his B.E.(Electrical and Electronics) from B.I.T.S. Pilani, India and M.S.(Microelectronics) from Clemson University, SC, USA.



Jeff Dillabough, Vice President, Research and Development

Jeff has devoted 25 years to building engineering teams and bringing innovative software and hardware products to market in the Telecommunications and Information Technology industries. Jeff’s long history in the Telecom industry started with product development at Hewlett-Packard and quickly transitioned to architect and technical management roles at HP, PMC-Sierra and network equipment startup Zeugma Systems. Jeff’s 6 years with Teradici began with bringing the latest generation of PCoIP silicon devices and Zero Clients to market as VP of Silicon Engineering. This transitioned to VP of Research & Development for all Teradici products, focusing on Teradici’s Teradici CAS.

Prior to joining Teradici, as the VP of Engineering at Zeugma Systems, Jeff was responsible Product Development for a new class of Broadband Edge Network equipment called a Service Delivery Router. Previous to joining Zeugma, Jeff was the Director of Product Development at PMC-Sierra where he oversaw the specification and development of ASICs used in communications network equipment such as multi-service switches and routers. At PMC Jeff also participated in creating a new storage business developing ASICs for SAS/SATA JBODs and RAID systems. Prior to PMC, Jeff worked in HP’s Test & Measurement business and started an HP R&D site in Burnaby, BC focused on developing leading edge networking test equipment for network equipment manufacturers R&D labs.

Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia.



Matt MacArthur, Vice President, Enterprise Sales

Matt brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and solution sales, including 15 years building successful sales teams focused on driving growth and delivering business value. He joined the Teradici Executive Team in May of 2018 after leading Americas Sales for Apica, Inc. Prior to that, Matt spent 4 years as the Regional VP of Sales for Riverbed, managing the sales team covering the Western US and Canada. Matt also spent 12 years with OPNET (prior to acquisition by Riverbed), handling roles such as Regional VP of Sales for Eastern and Central US, and several Regional Sales Director positions.

Matt Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.



Brian Lowe, Vice President, OEM Sales

Brian has over 8 years experience in the desktop virtualization market, managing Teradici’s world-wide OEM partners in both the design-in and outbound sales and marketing functions. He has had a 30 year career as an executive in the high-tech industry being responsible for growing the revenue of companies to the point where they are ready for acquisition. His most recent roles include, Vice president Sales and Marketing of Cantest (purchased by Maxxam), Vice President Sales and Marketing of Dyaptive (purchased by JDS Uniphase), Vice President EMEA for MDSI (purchased by ABB) and Vice President of Sales Spectrum Signal processing (purchased by Vecima).

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of London (UK).



Ziad Lammam, Vice President, Product Management and Marketing

Ziad has 20 years of experience in the desktop virtualization, cloud computing and network communications industries with Teradici and numerous software and hardware ecosystem partners as well as global end customers across a wide range of vertical markets. Ziad is responsible for defining Teradici’s cloud product and go-to-market strategy, managing a portfolio of Enterprise products to securely deliver rich client applications from the public cloud to end users on any device. Prior to joining Teradici, Ziad held senior product roles in the network communications industry at PMC-Sierra and Nortel Networks.

Ziad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.



Felicia Owen, Vice President, Human Resources

Felicia is responsible for developing and guiding Teradici's talent management philosophy, as well as shaping the organization's strategy for attracting, developing, rewarding and retaining the best talent. Felicia has 20 years of experience in high tech human resources. Felicia joined Teradici in 2011, working with the leadership team on talent acquisition, employee development and engagement, performance management and organizational effectiveness programs. Prior to joining Teradici, Felicia held HR leadership roles in the telecom organization of PMC-Sierra.

Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science with Specialization in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta. She has a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHRTM) designation which is a nationally-recognized level of achievement within the field of human resources.



Dana Brock, Vice President, Finance

Dana has led our finance team since 2013. Dana has extensive experience in financial and operational management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring. Prior to joining Teradici, Dana worked at PMC-Sierra, a public semi-conductor company, where she held increasingly senior positions. Dana began her career as an audit professional at Deloitte and worked with public and private companies in the technology industry.

Dana is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA) in British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
